In my pursuit of educational excellence, I decided to pursue my degree in Education. After many years of substitute teaching, I decided to go to the next level and get my certificate which would allow me to work as a certified teacher. I know the journey will be challenging but I am prepared for road ahead. 

I know that I was meant to be a teacher because helping students learn and believe in themselves was and always will be a cornerstone idea in my mind. But I need to be realistic here. The road may be paved but it still has many twists and turns as well as potholes that dethrone any potential teacher if they are not prepared. 

My opinion has now been to anticipate the worst behaviors and be prepared to deal with them. On the other hand, there are so many students who have the best intentions in mind. 

I have currently taken classes in Classroom Management, Learning Theories and on and on.
